The Tesimag FENIX filter presses are made with top-quality materials and top technical solutions:
- Structure made of high-thickness monoblock steel without welds, for greater flexibility with any weather and environmental conditions
- Protection cover, drainage channel and all the protection parts of the filter plates made of stainless steel
- Quick plate release system that allows an agile separation of the filter plates (for filter screensreplacement and maintenance) even after a long period of operation
- Mechanical / pneumatic system for shaking the plates (depending on the type of treated mud)
- Plates equipped with filter screens suitable for various treated materials
- Power, command and control panel equipped with PLC, components chosen from the leading international brands, operating logic of the entire clarification plant and safety devices according to current regulations
Other optional components on FENIX press filter are applied on specific customer request.
FENIX COMPACT
Tesimag produces compact systems that integrate all the essential components of a purification plant onto a self-supporting structure:
